What We're Looking For:

Experience operating manufacturing machinery (1-2 years preferred) Experience with CNC equipment, laser cutting machines, or hydraulic presses preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills for production data entry preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills What You'll Do as a

Part-Time Machine Operator:

Operate and monitor CNC routers, laser cutting machines, and hydraulic presses to produce parts according to specifications Set up equipment based on job requirements, including configuring CNC programs and adjusting machine settings Load, unload, and feed raw materials into machines while verifying material quality Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and minor repairs Troubleshoot machine issues and report complex mechanical problems to supervisors Maintain accurate production records including output quantities, quality checks, and downtime Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals Assist with training new operators and support continuous process improvements Follow safety procedures and wear required protective equipment in the manufacturing environment
