Job Description

Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Digital Print Technician for a manufacturing company in Fountain Inn, South Carolina . This second-shift position offers a starting pay of $18-$21 per hour , depending on experience, as well as access to benefits.

Digital Print Technician Job Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust digital printing equipment to meet production and quality standards Review job orders to verify print quantities, production times, materials, colors, and color sequences Confirm the correct size, color, and type of material for each job Adjust printer speed, temperature, color settings, media, and carriage positions Monitor feeding, printing, and racking processes to identify malfunctions and make necessary adjustments Inspect printed products for clarity, color accuracy, defects, and compliance with specifications Load, position, and adjust materials in printing equipment Troubleshoot print-quality and equipment issues, seeking assistance from a supervisor when necessary Follow established equipment maintenance procedures Track completed products and document and dispose of spoilage Report recurring equipment malfunctions or poor-quality materials Navigate hard-drive directories and work with various file extensions Use software and plotters to cut, weed, mask, and apply vinyl and film Laminate roll materials and substrates Assist in other areas of the production facility when needed
Digital Print Technician Requirements and Qualifications:
Previous digital printing experience is preferred Experience operating grand-format printing equipment is strongly preferred Experience with Durst printers is a plus Basic computer skills in Windows and Linux environments Understanding of color management and color-adjustment processes Ability to follow detailed instructions and checklists accurately Strong problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and perform effectively under deadline constraints Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work overtime and Fridays as production needs require Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
