Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Minimum 2 years of mechanical, maintenance, industrial, manufacturing, or related experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Weaving or textile industry experience is a plus
Demonstrated job stability and longevity in previous positions Job Duties Diagnose and repair loom stoppages and equipment malfunctions
Replace or repair gears, harness drives, belts, and other machine components
Perform routine preventive maintenance, inspections, cleaning, and lubrication of assigned equipment
Set up, calibrate, and adjust loom settings including tension, timing, pick gears, and reeds
Inspect woven materials for defects and make machine adjustments to maintain quality standards
Follow production specifications and blueprints to ensure accurate setup and operation Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
