Fountain Inn, South Carolina Job Summary HTI is hiring Machine Operators for Pierburg in Fountain Inn, SC . These are temp-to-hire manufacturing positions with consistent schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for overtime. What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you will: Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Load raw materials and monitor machine performance during operation Perform routine quality checks on finished products Make basic machine adjustments as needed Document production output and report issues to leadership Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Maintain a clean and organized work area Complete other duties as assigned Schedule & Pay Weekday - 1st Shift (Monday-Thursday) — $19.06/hr 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM Weekday - 3rd Shift (Monday-Thursday) — $20.31/hr 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM Weekend - 1st Shift (Friday-Sunday) — $21.95/hr 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Requirements (Minimum Qualifications) High School Diploma or GED Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Strong attention to detail and focus on safety Reliable attendance and stable work history Must be able to understand and respond to visual/audible notifications unless otherwise stated by the client Benefits for HTI Associates Weekly pay Paid Time Off (PTO) Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement benefits Opportunities for overtime and career advancement HTI is an Equal Opportunity Employer (M/D/F/V/SO).
