What You'll Do Production associates: Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment Assemble products for shipment Follow safety and quality standards Troubleshoot issues and help improve the process Work with teammates to hit daily production goals Learn new equipment, tools, and skills along the way Distribtuion associates: Pick, pack, stage, and ship orders Load and unload materials and products Use warehouse and inventory systems Follow standardized work flow What We're Looking For You don't need years of experience to succeed here. We're looking for people who are: Curious and willing to learn Reliable and ready to work as a team Comfortable working with their hands Detail-oriented and safety-minded Interested in technology, machines, or how things are made Experience is a plus—but potential matters more.
