Nesco Resource | Laurens, SC Nesco Resource is currently hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing facility in Laurens, SC. We are looking for dependable, safety-focused individuals with previous manufacturing or machine operating experience. Job Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery. Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products. Monitor equipment throughout the production process to ensure proper operation. Perform basic machine adjustments and changeovers as needed. Inspect finished products for defects and quality concerns. Follow work orders, production specifications, and standard operating procedures. Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to supervision or maintenance. Complete required production and quality documentation. Meet established production, quality, and efficiency goals. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines. Assist with additional production duties as needed. Qualifications Previous machine operator, production, textile, or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions. Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Dependable attendance and punctuality are required. Must be willing to work assigned shift and overtime as needed.
