SUMMARY OF POSITION

This position is responsible for the assembly of mechanical components, following detailed manufacturing instructions. Perform all job duties in a safe, efficient and quality manner.

PRINCIPAL

ACCOUNTABILITIES/COMPETENCIESRead and follow written manufacturing instructionsRead and follow Blue PrintsComplete work order routers and other documentationUnderstand and achieve department measuresRead, use and understand basic gauges and other measurement toolsExhibits ability to work in a Team environmentDemonstrate good communication skillsPerform all duties as assigned to Department and Quality standardsWork in a fast pace work environment.

Must be able to meet effectiveness and production goals in multiple work areas within department.

Use hand tools and machines to cut, bend and braze raw materials to assemble the finished product.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or EquivalentSome manufacturing assembly experience a plusThe employee is expected to adhere to all company policies.
