Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Shop Helper to join our fabrication team. This position involves assisting with moving materials, keeping the shop organized, and helping install fabricated products at customer job sites. The ideal candidate enjoys physical work, has a positive attitude, and is willing to learn. Responsibilities Assist with moving, loading, and unloading steel and other fabrication materials Help prepare materials for fabrication and installation Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop Assist welders and fabricators as needed Help install fabricated products at residential and commercial job sites Operate hand tools and power tools safely Follow safety procedures and company policies Perform other shop and field duties as assigned Skills Ability to safely lift and carry 50+ pounds Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools Excellent teamwork and communication skills Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Problem-solving and critical thinking skills Time management and organizational skills Join our team as a Fabrication Shop Helper and play a vital role in supporting our fabrication and installation operations. $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
