Spherion in Conway, SC currently has a couple machine operator opportunities available for 1st or 2nd shift to support our customer in Myrtle Beach, SC. Our machine operators will be working a third shift with some OT. The machine operators will support our customer by operating and maintaining the machinery used in manufacturing and production. Responsibilities:

• Monitor production processes to ensure appropriate machine output focusing on safety standards.
• Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g. speed) along with inspecting the equipment to identify any maintenance needs or potential issues
• Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of waste materials.
