Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Embroidery Machine Operator and bring vibrant designs to life! Duties Set up, calibrate, and operate embroidery machines to produce intricate designs on textiles, garments, or upholstery materials Monitor machine performance throughout production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards in sewing and embroidery Inspect finished products for accuracy, stitch consistency, and adherence to design specifications using measuring instruments and dimensional measurements Handle fabric materials carefully, ensuring proper placement and tension during embroidery processes Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering strictly to safety standards in production to prevent accidents or machine malfunctions Assist with manual fabric cutting and seam construction tasks when required to support overall manufacturing flow Perform routine maintenance on industrial sewing machines, serging equipment, and other machinery to ensure optimal operation Requirements Proven experience operating embroidery machines or similar sewing equipment within a manufacturing or warehouse environment Knowledge of sewing machine operation, including industrial sewing machines and serging techniques Familiarity with measuring instruments, fabric materials, and garment construction processes such as seam construction and garment sewing Ability to interpret design specifications and perform dimensional measurements accurately Understanding of safety standards in production environments to ensure a secure workspace for all team members Experience handling various fabric materials used in upholstery or garment manufacturing Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise embroidery work Join us in creating exceptional products through skilled craftsmanship!
