Location:
Taylors, SC Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00
PM Pay:
$17/hr (will increase to $18/hr based on performance/attendance)

2 weeks PTO, health benefits About Coastsetter Coastsetter is a fast-growing start-up producing premium beach chairs with an emphasis on craftsmanship and operational excellence.
Our core operating priorities are:
1. Safety, 2. Quality, 3. Delivery, 4. Cost. Position Overview We are looking for several Wood Assembly Operators to assemble our beach chairs. This is a great opportunity to join a start-up with strong long-term potential and contribute to the foundation of our manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Safely operate woodworking equipment including power tools Handle and process the assembly of parts with care and precision Follow quality specifications and production schedules Perform basic troubleshooting and equipment adjustments Inspect finished products to ensure alignment with Coastsetter's quality standards Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Support production goals aligned with Safety → Quality → Delivery → Cost Qualifications Prior experience with wood operations (e.g. carpenter) Strong commitment to safety in all tasks Ability to follow written instructions and established procedures Good manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to lift materials Why Join Coastsetter?
