Job Overview
SECOND SHIFT
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Filler Technician to join our manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for the filling and capping manufacturing processes; assuring correct bottle liquid and level is obtained consistently at the aim production rate, as well as proper application of the closer to each bottle according to the applicable product specification for operating filling equipment to accurately and efficiently package products while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Your proactive approach will help maintain smooth production flow, uphold product integrity, and support overall operational excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic manufacturing environment where precision and teamwork drive success. Responsibilities Follow safety rules, wear required PPE, and report any safety incident or accident.- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Perform routine SIP and CIP on industrial equipment and system in the designated area.
- Record production data correctly on applicable forms and systems.
- Track work orders production output and material consumption by lot or batch number.
- Identify non-conforming material, semifinished goods, and finished goods.
- Segregate non-conforming material according to final disposition (for example: re-work, scrap).
- Ensure proper operation of machines and systems in designated area, achieving quality targets and production rates.
- Responsible for maintaining FIFO inventory within designated areas.
- Assist with material inventory and control.
- Follow SOPs and specifications.
- Support and assist other operation tasks and teams when requested by supervisor Skills Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Ability to solve math problems using addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Knowledge of mass, weight, and volume measuring systems (Metric and Imperial), and properly unit conversion.
- Knowledge of batch and lot tracking for manufacturing processes.
- Ability to work at a fast pace with great attention to detail.
- Ability to operate production system and machinery following applicable SOPs.
- Ability to work independently or with little supervision.
- Ability to operate a pallet jack.
- Ability to use a PC, printer, and handheld scanner.

Education :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must have strong background in math & science.
- 2+ years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements:
- Understanding of and adherence to basic GMP principles
- Follow all applicable safety requirements while assisting in identification of hazards and maintaining a safe working environment for self and others
