This role is not limited to CMC and engraving department and will have cross-training initiatives encompassing the entire facility. Learn and demonstrate preventative maintenance and maintenance activities for engraving department. Operate and monitor production machines daily to ensure efficiency Ensure machines are running smoothly, maintaining a steady production pace, and meeting quality standards Establish procedures and safety guidelines while working in a team environment to achieve production goals Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize production processes Maintain the tooling and machinery in good working condition through regular inspections and maintenance Setup, test and adjust new packaging machinery equipment or processes Perform preventative maintenance tasks on CMC and engraving equipment. Assist with needed repairs on all conveyor and facilities equipment. Skills needed to be successful in this role: Ability to repair and demonstrate troubleshooting methods in a timely manner. Can understand the metric system as the machinery is European. Understanding, knowledge, and experience with production/packaging machinery. Understanding of automated machinery and ability to work with HMIs. Must be able to perform routine maintenance, preventive maintenance, and setup of machinery. Ability to read manuals, electrical diagrams, drawings and interpret a variety of instructions whether in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to service and perform maintenance on packaging machinery to a high standard. PC literate A willingness to learn and the drive to become a perfectionist. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Familiarity with corrugate machinery Familiarity with current safety OSHA regulations Understanding of use and implementation of LOTO. Maintaining a safe working environment and culture. Willingness and ability to learn new equipment, procedures, and repair of equipment. Cross training of current and new techs on CMC equipment.

Arlington, TN, 100% Onsite What you will be doing: Responsible for routine mechanical maintenance and repairs of CMC and Engraving equipment; ensuring the machinery works to a high standard and the area is kept clean; responsible for the performance of the machines in the work-cells. Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma 3+ years of experience Mechanical repair and maintenance experience in a production environment. Prior Machine Operating experience Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basisBenefits:
