Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operators
II & III
Bristol, TN Full-Time/Temp-to-Hire 1stShift:
7:00am - 3:30pm 2ndShift:
3:30pm - midnight Job Summary We are seeking experienced Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Operators to join a growing manufacturing team in Bristol, TN. This position is responsible for performing manufacturing processes for solid dose tablets, capsules, and liquid dose products in accordance with SOPs, approved batch records, and current cGMP standards. Candidates MUST have pharmaceutical manufacturing experience to be considered. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience operating pharmaceutical production equipment in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Weigh and sample development and commercial manufacturing batches Set up, operate, break down, and clean manufacturing equipment Perform manufacturing activities according to approved batch records and SOPs Conduct in-process checks and verification testing during production Complete batch records, equipment logs, inventory records, and documentation accurately Clean equipment and production areas following cGMP procedures Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment during production runs Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and company procedures Required Qualifications Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing or 2+ years of pharmaceutical manufacturing experience Experience working in cGMP-regulated environments required High School Diploma or GED required Experience operating solid dose or liquid dose manufacturing equipment preferred Ability to read and interpret SOPs, batch records, and production documentation Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift throughout the shift Frequently lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 50 lbs with assistance Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment Ability to distinguish colors and adjust focus as needed Why Apply?
