We take pride in our craftsmanship, teamwork, and commitment to delivering on time for our customers. We are looking for a dependable and skilled Folder Operator to join our Bindery Department. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and takes pride in producing clean, accurate work.

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate folding machines (MBO, Stahl, or similar) to fold printed sheets according to job specifications. Produce 16s, 32s, and gatefolds. Inspect work for accuracy and quality throughout each run. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist with other bindery tasks as needed (cutting, stitching, padding, etc.). Follow all safety procedures and production schedules.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience operating a folder in a printing or bindery environment preferred. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude Willingness to learn our process and follow instructions Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Team player who takes pride in their work
