•We are seeking a entry level Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring extrusion machinery to produce high-quality plastic products. This role requires a strong understanding of production processes, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Swing Shift Rotation:

Alternates every other week between o

Day Shift:

7:00 AM - 7:15 PM o

Night Shift:

7:00 PM - 7:15 AM o One week is 3 days the other is 4 days. o Two weekends off per month o Seven consecutive days off once per month Voluntary overtime opportunities available Training Schedule (First Week): Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 P Duties Operate extrusion machinery and ensure optimal performance throughout the production process. Conduct quality inspections of finished products using precision measuring instruments to ensure compliance with specifications. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot any mechanical issues that arise during operation. Utilize logic controllers and CNC machines as necessary to enhance production efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve workflow and reduce waste in the production process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards. Requirements Proven experience in extrusion operations or related manufacturing roles is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with plastics injection molding processes is a plus. Proficient in using hand tools and basic math skills for measurements and calculations. Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills.
