High SchoolResponsibilities Machine Setup & Changeovers:

Load, position, and install molds into thermoplastic injection and blow molding machines. Perform full changeovers according to the production schedule.

Technical Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve issues involving hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical connections, and water lines.

Equipment Maintenance:

Build and repair structural foam injection nozzles and perform preventive maintenance on molds and secondary equipment (heat and water temperature controllers).

Documentation:

Maintain accurate changeover sheets and maintenance logs to ensure process consistency.

Qualifications Technical Skills:

strong general mechanical aptitude with basic knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, thermodynamics, and electricity.

Experience:

Proven experience in mold/machine maintenance and the injection molding process.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.

Flexibility:

Must be available for assigned overtime to ensure continuous production coverage.
