Position Title:
Saturn (Flexo Folder Gluer)
Operator Pay Rate :
$26.22/hr.
Category/Shift :
Hourly Full-Time 1 st Shift (6:00am - 2:30pm - Monday-Friday)

The Job You Will Perform:
Operates equipment in a safe and efficient manner following indicated work methods Observes and monitors machine operations to detect malfunctions and to determine whether adjustments are needed Identify, troubleshoot, and correct product defects caused by the machine Performs routine adjustments during the machine run, maintain production throughout the run Sets up and operate machine meeting established published specifications Ensures all orders are completed to specifications including "special instructions" if applicable Identifies and makes basic repairs to the machine Responsible for the operation of the Flexo Folder Gluer and related equipment by completing basic preventive maintenance requirements according to operation standards Runs the machine meeting production goals Maintains housekeeping all the time Comply with all IPs Safety rules, Quality policies, and protocols at all times Supports training of assistant operators and others as needed Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety Maintains a clean, neat, and orderly work area Keep appropriate records, reports (complete forms, logs, and records accurately as required) Other duties as assigned by managers and or supervisor/shift leader
The Skills You Will Bring:
Ability to read, write, and speak English Ability to perform basic arithmetic Ability to read a measuring tape and ruler Ability to read manufacturing orders Basic computer skills Knowledge of reading, adjusting, and recording PH, viscosity charts & caliper Warehouse and/or manufacturing experience Basic knowledge of printing process Responsible and self-motivated Stable and verifiable work history
