Key Responsibilities Automated Production Support:

Monitor and operate automated molding and assembly machinery to manufacture quality consumer products.

Quality Assurance:

Inspect parts directly off the line to ensure proper color, smooth finishes, and defect-free structural integrity prior to packaging.

Packaging & Staging:

Securely pack approved products into containers, apply proper labels, and stage boxes for warehouse transport.

Safety & Maintenance:

Adhere strictly to plant safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area throughout your shift.

Requirements & Qualifications Required Safety Gear:

Steel-toe boots or shoes are strictly required from day one.

Physical Capability:

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift continuously through a 12-hour manufacturing shift.

Shift Availability:

Full commitment to 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM hours across a 5-day rotating work week (weekend availability required).
