Measure and cut hydraulic and industrial hose to specified lengths.
Assemble hoses with fittings, adapters, couplings, and other components.
Operate hose-cutting and crimping equipment.
Select the correct hose, fittings, and components according to work orders.
Use hand tools and measuring equipment to complete assemblies.
Crimp fittings onto hoses according to company specifications.
Inspect completed hose assemblies for proper size, fit, and quality.
Test hose assemblies when required to ensure they meet specifications.
Read work orders, diagrams, and assembly instructions.
Label, package, and prepare completed hose assemblies for customers or shipment.
Maintain accurate production and assembly records.
Keep the work area clean and organized.
Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
