Your primary responsibility is to operate and maintain equipment, ensuring efficient and safe production. You will work closely with the production team to meet quality standards and maintain a safe work environment. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow procedures and instructions accurately. Operate and monitor equipment to ensure smooth production flow. Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery. Follow HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) procedures to maintain a safe work area. Report any equipment malfunctions or issues promptly. Collaborate with the production team to optimize production processes. Ensure quality standards are met by inspecting and testing products. Maintain accurate records of production activities and equipment usage. Assist in training new operators and providing guidance when needed. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and suggest process enhancements. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role is preferred. Basic knowledge of machinery and equipment operation. Ability to read and interpret basic technical documents and drawings. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to lift and move equipment as needed. Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Basic computer literacy for data entry and record-keeping. Flexibility to work varying shifts and overtime as required.
