Extrusion We are currently hiring Experienced Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, associates will assist with the extrusion process , which is the first step in producing plastic materials used in production. This is a fast-paced manufacturing environment , and candidates must be comfortable working with heat, heights, and industrial machinery. Schedule A Shift (Day Shift): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday B Shift (Night Shift): Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Saturday C Shift (Day Shift): Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday D Shift (Night Shift):

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and every other Saturday Job Responsibilities Assist in the extrusion process , the first stage of plastic production Operate or assist machine operators with production equipment Monitor machines to ensure proper operation and product quality Load materials and support production lines as needed Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Maintain a clean and organized work area Work with team members to meet production goals Work Environment Non-climate controlled facility The extrusion department is the hottest area of the plant due to the plastic melting process Employees must be comfortable working in high-heat conditions Work may require climbing up to 60 feet using stairs and platforms to reach equipment Fast-paced, high-pressure production environment Requirements Previous machine operator or manufacturing experience preferred Helpers must be willing to learn and assist operators Ability to work in hot environments and at heights Ability to climb stairs and platforms up to 60 feet high Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout the shift Strong attention to safety and detail
