Machine Operator |Sherman, TX Pay:
$19 / Hour RPM Staffing is hiring a reliable, safety-focused Machine Operator to support efficient manufacturing operations. Ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who can work independently or as part of a team.What You'll Do:
- Operate machinery following work instructions and safety protocols
- Monitor production, inspect parts, and adjust for quality
- Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling specs
- Perform routine maintenance and report issues
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Assist production as directed; train on multiple machines as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Manufacturing or machine shop experience
- Basic math skills; tape measure & blueprint reading
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
