Machine Operator |

Sherman, TX Pay:

$19 / Hour RPM Staffing is hiring a reliable, safety-focused Machine Operator to support efficient manufacturing operations. Ideal for candidates with mechanical aptitude who can work independently or as part of a team.

What You'll Do:

Operate machinery following work instructions and safety protocols
Monitor production, inspect parts, and adjust for quality
Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling specs
Perform routine maintenance and report issues
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Assist production as directed; train on multiple machines as needed

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or machine shop experience
Basic math skills; tape measure & blueprint reading
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
