Position Overview:

DreamJob Staffing is currently hiring experienced Cherry Picker Operators for a warehouse facility. This position is ideal for candidates with previous order-picking and warehouse experience who can safely operate elevated equipment while maintaining productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working at elevated heights while handling inventory and fulfilling customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate Cherry Picker equipment to retrieve and store products at various warehouse rack levels Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems Transport materials throughout the warehouse while following all safety procedures Load, unload, organize, and stage products as required Verify product quantities and locations to ensure order accuracy Maintain inventory organization and assist with cycle counts when needed Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance concerns Follow company safety standards, warehouse procedures, and productivity goals Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of Cherry Picker operating experience preferred Previous warehouse and order-picking experience required Experience using RF scanners and warehouse management systems preferred Comfortable working at elevated heights for extended periods Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-focused Reliable transportation required Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the shift

Work Environment:

Fast-paced warehouse environment Standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting throughout the shift Working at elevated heights while operating Cherry Picker equipment Non-climate-controlled warehouse environment depending on facility requirements Team-oriented operation focused on safety and productivity

Dress Code:

Closed-toe shoes required (Steel-toe boots preferred) Long pants required No shorts, sandals, or open-toe footwear Safety vest and additional PPE may be required on-site
