Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Embroidery Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machinery, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently, and performing quality control checks. Your ability to troubleshoot equipment issues, adhere to safety protocols, and provide exceptional customer service will be critical to your success in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
Machine Operation & Maintenance:
Operate and monitor embroidery machinery during production processes to ensure optimal performance. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues with embroidery machines. Conduct basic repairs as needed and ensure equipment is in proper working condition.
Production Management:
Run orders correctly and on time, ensuring all specifications are met. Assist with fabricating and sewing tasks as needed to support production goals.
Quality Control:
Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards and specifications. Address and resolve any quality issues promptly to maintain high product standards.
Customer Service:
Take orders over the phone and in person, ensuring accurate order entry and customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
Safety & Cleanliness:
Follow all safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure efficiency and safety.
Multitasking:
Manage multiple tasks effectively, including operating machinery, taking orders, and assisting with production needs.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is preferred. Knowledge of sewing machines and garment construction is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Ability to operate and maintain various types of embroidery machinery. Strong troubleshooting skills for resolving equipment issues. Attention to
Detail:
Exceptional attention to detail and quality control skills to ensure high standards are met.
Teamwork:
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve production goals.
Customer Service:
Excellent communication and customer service skills for handling orders and customer inquiries.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds. Manual dexterity for operating machinery and performing detailed tasks.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Pay:
$9.00 - $12.00 per hour
