This is a steady Monday-Friday swing shift role building residential roof and floor trusses for construction projects. If you're comfortable with heavy physical work and want consistent hours with a reliable paycheck, this is the job for you. What You'll Do Build residential roof and floor trusses using hand tools and pneumatic equipment Stack and band finished trusses for shipment in the outdoor yard area Pull and move lumber and materials throughout the facility as needed Lift and position lumber pieces weighing 100+ pounds regularly Work with construction lumber, metal connector plates, and fastening systems Maintain quality standards and follow safety protocols throughout production Collaborate with your crew to hit daily production goals Perform general yard duties including material handling and organization
