This position is responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, and preparing lumber and other materials used in framing. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with measurements, cut lists, saws, and construction tools while maintaining accuracy and a steady production pace.

Responsibilities:

Measure and cut lumber according to required dimensions and specifications. Read cut lists, measurements, and work instructions. Prepare studs, plates, headers, and other framing components. Operate saws and cutting tools safely and efficiently. Double-check measurements before cutting to reduce errors and material waste. Sort, label, and organize cut materials for the framing team. Maintain accuracy while working at an efficient production pace. Keep tools and the work area clean and organized. Follow all workplace safety procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in construction, carpentry, framing, or a similar field is preferred. Ability to use a tape measure accurately. Experience using saws and other cutting tools. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow measurements and instructions. Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy. Ability to perform physical work and lift construction materials. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well with a team. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who can prepare framing materials accurately and help keep production running smoothly.
