6:00 AM - 6:00
PM Schedule:
Rotating 3-3-4 schedule Position Overview We are looking for reliable Line Filler Operators to support a fast-paced beverage manufacturing operation. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring production and packaging equipment while maintaining quality, safety, and GMP standards. Key Responsibilities Operate Filler, Palletizer, and Packaging equipment Monitor production equipment and make minor adjustments as needed Inspect products and packaging for quality Replenish production materials, including caps, cartons, labels, and other supplies Clear minor equipment jams and help keep production running efficiently Complete production logs and required documentation Follow all Safety, Food Safety, and GMP requirements Assist with equipment cleaning and sanitation Maintain a clean and safe work area Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Blowpack, Traypack, or Sleeving experience is a plus Dependable with strong attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a production team Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating schedule Must have and wear steel-toed shoes #INDSLC
