Duties & Responsibilities Assist Supervisor with overseeing the daily operations of the powder mixing department, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and up to quality standards. Lead the powder mixing employees by providing guidance and feedback for continuous improvement. Prepares clean rooms for mixing activities. Keep the mixers and scales clean when not in use. Document all activities on batch records and work with the Quality department to make sure that GMP activities are taken care of. Assist with other warehouse and inventory control activities when needed. Must be cross trained to work in other production areas when not mixing. Any other tasks as assigned by management. Expectations & Evaluation Act with integrity and treat people with respect. Take ownership of your work and deliver it accurately an on time. Communicate clearly, listen well, and handle conflict professionally. Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple responsibilities. Look for better ways to work and contribute ideas that improve the team. Qualifications Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Must possess good communication skills.
