Responsibilities- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality industrial products.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machinery following training and established procedures.
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Monitor machine performance and make routine adjustments as needed.
- Accurately record production data and job information in computer systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow production schedules, operating procedures, and safety guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
- Support continuous improvement efforts and help identify process efficiencies. Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new equipment, processes, and manufacturing techniques.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards. Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Operator, Manufacturing Associate, Production Worker, or Equipment Operator.
- Experience operating automated manufacturing equipment.
- Basic computer skills and experience entering production data.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control procedures, or industrial production environments. Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Pay $18.00-$25.00 per hour DOE Schedule Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities Available Nexeo Benefits
