Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Production Operators to join our Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) pharmaceutical manufacturing team in Chantilly, VA. Candidates should have hands-on experience manufacturing tablets or capsules in a GMP environment, including Compression, Granulation, Encapsulation, Coating, or Fluid Bed operations.

Must Have:

Responsibilities Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment for tablet and capsule production. Perform equipment setup, cleaning, changeovers, operation, and disassembly. Operate Compression, Granulation, Encapsulation, Coating, and Fluid Bed equipment. Follow GMP, SOPs, FDA regulations, and safety procedures. Complete batch records and production documentation. Troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. Perform line clearance and equipment inspections. Maintain production quality standards. Capable of cleaning, setting up, dismantling, and operating state of the art tablet presses and encapsulation, i.e., Fette 3200i; Fette P 3030; MG2 planeta; Korsch XM 12. Knowledgeable of FDA regulations, GMP, Lean Manufacturing, Six-Sigma, etc.

Required :

✔ 3+ years of Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) manufacturing experience ✔ Experience with one or more: Tablet Compression Granulation Encapsulation (Hard Gel) Wurster Coating Tablet Coating Fluid Bed Dryers Bead Tower ✔ Experience operating pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment ✔ GMP ✔ FDA regulations ✔ Batch Records ✔ SOPs ✔ Lean Manufacturing Preferred Experience with Fette 3200i Fette P3030 Korsch
