4pm- 12am (initial 3 months of training on 1st shift)
BRIEF SUMMARY OF ROLE
The SPC is responsible for operating production equipment safely and efficiently to produce quality products that meet customer and company requirements. This role performs machine setup and operation, monitors product quality, records production data, communicates effectively between shifts, and complies with company policies and quality, environmental, food safety, and safety management systems to support efficient manufacturing operations.Job Status/Grade:

Perform all duties in a safe, quality, professional, and courteous manner while complying with Company policies, procedures, and applicable Environmental, Health & Safety requirements. Support the Company's Quality, Environmental, Food Safety, and Continuous Improvement programs, including compliance withISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, FSSC
22000, and other applicable management system requirements Machine operation- format change over, tooling and recipes, work schedule, in line with established target speed, policies and procedures Quality
- segregate nonconforming from conforming product for disposition and manage the rework process and complete the job assigned. Data
- Record production information computerize manufacturing system Communication
- create hand over from previous shift to next shift, utilize paperwork and integrate to management system Consult with management for any changes to established policies and procedures. Ability to work overtime as business needed in line with established practices and CBA
