Job Overview Support the production of packaged goods according to Standard Operating Procedures and specified quality standards. You will work under general supervision, carrying out instructions from the Production Manager/Supervisor in accordance with the daily packaging schedule. This is a temp-to-hire position with a duration of six months, working Monday through Friday from 10 PM to 6:30 AM. Responsibilities

Perform tasks autonomously and with proficiency.

Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

Collaborate effectively as part of a team.

Operate machinery and equipment safely.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Capability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions in various forms.

Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds regularly and up to 1000 pounds infrequently.

Willingness to work in a loud environment with exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles.

Preferences

One to three months of related experience or training.
