• Job Title: Production Machine Operator / Filler Operator

• Join a leading food and beverage manufacturer as a Production Machine Operator / Filler Operator.

In this role, you'll operate packaging and filling equipment used to package dairy products, monitor product quality, perform basic machine adjustments, and ensure production runs safely and efficiently. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in manufacturing, production, machine operation, packaging, food production, assembly, or warehouse environments. Training is provided for motivated candidates with strong mechanical aptitude and production experience.

• Responsibilities
• + Operate filling and packaging equipment used in dairy production.

+ Monitor product quality, verifying seals, labels, weights, dates, and package appearance.

+ Perform routine machine adjustments and changeovers as needed.

+ Remove defective products and ensure quality standards are met.

+ Record production information and quality checks throughout the shift.

+ Monitor product flow and equipment performance.

+ Communicate equipment issues and production concerns to supervisors.

+ Maintain accurate production documentation.

+ Follow food safety, quality, and sanitation procedures.

+ Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.

• Essential Skills
• + Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience.

+ Experience monitoring automated or semi-automated equipment.

+ Strong attention to detail and quality standards.

+ Basic math and computer skills.

+ Ability to follow written procedures and production specifications.

+ Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.

+ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.

+ Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• Preferred Qualifications
• + Food manufacturing or beverage production experience. + Packaging, bottling, filling, labeling, or machine operation experience. + Quality inspection experience. + Experience documenting production metrics or quality checks. + Familiarity with GMP, food safety, or sanitation procedures.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.

50 - $21.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
