Full Job Description Job Summary:

The Embroidery Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining embroidery machines to produce high-quality embroidered garments and products. This role involves setting up machines, loading designs, monitoring production, and ensuring finished items meet quality standards and customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate single-head and 8 head multi-head embroidery machines efficiently Set up machines, including hooping garments and loading designs Thread needles, change colors, and adjust tension as needed Monitor embroidery during production to ensure accuracy and quality Inspect finished products for defects, alignment, and stitch quality Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Read and follow work orders, design files, and production schedules Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company policies Able to measure and use a ruler Meet daily production goals and deadlines

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous embroidery machine experience preferred (training may be provided) Basic computer skills for loading and adjusting designs Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Good hand-eye coordination Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs, if required Team-oriented with good communication skills

Work Environment:

Manufacturing or production setting Fast-paced environment with production deadlines Exposure to noise from machinery Preferred Experience (Optional): Experience with commercial embroidery machines ( Tajima ) Knowledge of digitizing software (a plus but not required) Apparel or promotional products industry experience

Compensation & Benefits:
