Machine Operator II Lamination

Finishing DepartmentThe Finishing Department takes printed panels and turns them into individual cards. The Lamination process turns individual layers of plastic into sheets of credit cards using heat, pressure, and time. This is a fast-paced area where consistency and attention to detail are essential as products transition to the next stage of production. This role works 1st shift Monday - Friday 5:30am - 1:30pm and requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues like changing electrical pins and suction cups within the machine.

$17/HOUR, INCREASES

Ability to comprehend and translate written work instructions to provide training to other employees and temporaries assigned in the departmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to perform multiple tasks in a time sensitive, deadline driven environmentUnderstanding of quality processes and proceduresUnderstanding the influences of the vision system. Job Specifications:

Ability to operate a mechanical machineryPhysically able to bend, lift, and stand over long periods of timeFlexibility on schedule (must be able to work overtime and on weekends on an as needed basis)Ability to look at work being produced in high-speed environment for extended periods of timeAdheres to MasterCard and Visa association security standards

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent required, technical trade school training is preferredMinimum 3-5 years of experience in similar manufacturing roleBasic computer skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving skills
