Personalization Machine Operator - 2nd Shift

PERSO Are you detail-oriented and ready to make an impact? We're looking for a Personalization Machine Operator to bring our customers' orders to life! In this fast-paced role, you'll follow a dynamic schedule to personalize and process plastic cards with precision, ensuring every order meets our high-quality standards. Your day will be filled with hands-on operation of cutting-edge machines—printing, folding, and assembling materials for mailing. You'll be the final touch before our products reach our valued customers, swapping out any subpar cards and guaranteeing perfection every time. If you thrive in a production environment and take pride in delivering top-quality results, we want you on our team! Pay ranges from $17.00-$23.51/hour, based on the role, level, and shift. QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma; post-secondary education is preferredGreater than 6 months experience in card personalization is highly preferredMathematical ability requiredExperience with Microsoft Word and Excel is preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to multitask in a fast pace and demanding environmentExcellent problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal skillsAble to work independently or as a team memberAttention to detail and hand-eye coordination
