You will work onsite across rotating and weekend shifts, collaborating with production leads and quality personnel to support manufacturing output and safety. Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team Set up, program, and operate machine tools to form, cut, bend, size, and machine parts from nickel, stainless, and titanium alloys Ensure machine setups produce parts that conform to customer-designed tolerances Read and follow written instructions, sketches, drawings, and documentation Use precision measuring instruments to verify tolerances and part quality Enter required documentation in the manufacturing planning and paperless timecard systems Follow established standards and safety procedures and work under direct oversight Here's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Familiarity with machine tools, precision instruments, and good manual dexterity Basic understanding of manufacturing planning, sketches, and shop mathematics associated with machining operations Ability to recognize when to stop and ask for clarification Capability to perform physical work, including frequent movement and lifting up to 50 pounds Pay Range $25.28 - $31.60/hour Ready to Make Your Mark?
