Duties and Responsibilities:
Set up, operate and maintain foam head area. Check temperature and fluid level of head part cleaner. Prepare and changing of head parts, nozzles and injectors. Preparing facer rolls and doing facer splices Use of SAPI. Enter data and reading as outlined in document. Inspect and maintain proper chemical laydown. Communicate with other operators and supervisor on start-up and during production run. Maintain head parts and associated equipment. Produce product to specification with the use of operator run logs Changing chemical totes Shimming laminator Housekeeping of Plant inside and out. Assist in training of new team members Support facer splices / facer change overs Fill in other areas of the plant as requiredWorking Conditions:
Activities occur inside and insulation manufacturing facility. Job includes but are not limited to exposure to the following: Temperatures exposed to both ambient/outside temperatures Nuisance dust, use of chemicals, working with mechanical parts, pinch points Noise of industrial machinery Typically, 40 hours per week with overtime as required 3 shifts Sunday-Thursday with weekends as required Fast paced 24/7 operations When you join CCM, you'll become part of a team that looks out for you, listens to your ideas and appreciates your work.
