Job Description

Overview:
The Operator helps process, package and distribute eggs by operating a number of different types of processing and material handling equipment in a modern and automated egg processing facility. Will operate a variety of equipment ( may include egg breaker equipment, pasteurization equipment, liquid bag and carton fillers, automated box formers, Multivac, forklifts and pallet jacks ) in different work areas, taking on progressively more responsible tasks with opportunity for continuous improvement and growth in team leadership.

PM Duties:
Is responsible for equipment set-up, processes, testing and routine operation. May assist in receiving and loading out egg products and packaging materials Will coordinate with USDA inspector to ensure all quality standards are meet Will ensure accurate traceability methods are followed Keep work area/assembly clean demonstrating clean-as-you-go methods Prepares and understands a variety of paperwork associated with raw materials, traceability, packaging, quality, and controls. Responsible for timely completion and accuracy of paperwork Performs other tasks and duties as needed Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed Day shift Position starting times varying from at 6:00 AM with finish time from 3:00 PM to 5:30
PM Qualifications:
  • Experience with industrial electrical systems and equipment
  • Proficiency in reading schematics and utilizing tools such as ohmmeters and ammeters
  • Knowledge of high voltage systems and safety procedures
  • Strong customer service skills to interact with internal teams effectively
  • Fluency in English for clear communication within the team This position offers a competitive salary, benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
