We are currently seeking talented individuals for both our Machine Operator I and Machine Operator II tiers. Candidates will be evaluated and placed based on their experience level, technical skill set, and operational mastery.
Position:
Machine Operator I Wage Range:
$18.00 - $19.00 / hour
Summary & Objective:
Use machinery to shape, shear, and manipulate metal into desired output, ensuring adherence to rigorous engineering standards.
Essential Functions:
+ p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Operate assigned machines (roll formers, polishing lathes, pneumatic presses, and vices) following strict work instructions. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Inspect processed material within specified tolerances. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Use hand tools and calipers to accurately measure product dimensions. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Track and systematically log job operations. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Maintain and ensure controlled material custody and tracking.
Education & Experience:

Required:
Basic math skills. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">
Preferred:
Previous manufacturing experience; familiarity with aerospace manufacturing standards.
Position:
Machine Operator II Wage Range:
$19.00 - $20.00 / hour
Summary & Objective:
An advanced tier building fully upon Operator I proficiencies, focusing on complex setups, precision calculations, and peer training.
Essential Functions:
+ p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Set up production machines independently for various job runs. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Assist and support Machine Operator I team members with machine setups. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Identify, install, and adjust proper tool sets and guides to achieve desired output results. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Utilize calipers and specialized measuring tools to secure acceptable margins. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Perform calculations down to the thousandth decimal place. + p]:inline" data-streamdown="list-item">Provide technical advice on tool adjustments using learned judgment.
