Job Description

Setting up and running a variety of Paint Line Processes, Tube Bending Machines, Presses and ancillary operations.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Daily operation of tube bending equipment, press, lasers or robot operations The ability to perform all the following processes: Paint Line Cutstamp Deburr machine Saws- Eisele Sale and Band Saws Sizer Flat Bar Upright Presses Slotters Operate assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly Utilize hand tools, power tools and other special equipment within department Cleanings and inspecting of all parts Complete proper paperwork per station Keep work area safe and clean (5S- Sort, Straighten, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) Utilize the common approach to continuous improvement Other jobs as assigned.
