We are hiring Set-Up/Adjuster Operators to join our production team! In this role, you'll be responsible for setting up and operating manufacturing equipment, making machine adjustments to ensure quality production, performing routine inspections, and completing basic maintenance. Our Butler facility is conveniently located just minutes from Milwaukee.
SHIFT OPPORTUNITIES
2nd shift: Monday-Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm +$1.50/hour shift premium 3rd
Shift:
Sunday-Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am +$2.00/hour shift premium

WHAT DOES MY WORKDAY LOOK LIKE IN THIS ROLE?
Examines work orders to determine specifications and sample verification. Set up the machine per sample and order jacket specifications. Inspects product quality according to quality guidelines. Maintains accurate counts of envelopes to boxes, cartons, and skids. Adjusts machine and packs envelopes uniformly and neatly, keeping up with the machine's speed. Checks orders properly throughout production to ensure accurate labeling, printing, and packaging of products. Assists with removing paper jams and preventative maintenance when scheduled. Transports finished goods to the appropriate area. Ability to fill in as the Material Handler. Qualifications
SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE IN THIS ROLE HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
Manual dexterity Strong initiative Team player Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals is required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Prior Manufacturing experience preferred.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to stand for approximate duration of scheduled shift (minus paid breaks), lift up to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, repetitive grasping, frequent, twisting, lifting above shoulder height, occasional bend, reach, crouch, or stoop. Sensory requirements are tactile/touch with hands and digits, near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
