In this role, you will operate various machinery, handle materials, and ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently. Your hands-on expertise will contribute directly to the success of our manufacturing operations, supporting continuous improvement and maintaining the highest safety standards. Responsibilities Operate manufacturing equipment and machinery with precision, adhering to safety protocols and standard operating procedures. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to assemble components accurately according to technical drawings and production documents. Manage material handling tasks, including heavy lifting and manual handling, utilizing forklifts and other equipment safely. Conduct quality checks using measuring instruments to verify dimensions and ensure products meet specifications. Interpret technical drawings and production documents to facilitate mechanical assembly and process execution. Maintain a clean, organized work area while following safety standards in production environments. Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and assisting in implementing lean manufacturing practices. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets while managing assembly line tasks efficiently. Experience Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience in an assembly line or production environment. Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments. Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and production documentation. Knowledge of safety standards in manufacturing settings, including heavy lifting and manual handling procedures. Experience operating forklifts or similar material handling equipment (certification preferred). Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.
