Pay Rate:
$20.00/hour 2 nd Shift and 3 rd Shift $1.50/hour shift differential. Description
Responsibilities:
Assist in set-up of equipment accurately and in accordance with proper and safe setup techniques. Inspect before and after running to ensure that any necessary repairs are made before next run. Minimize material sheet, label, and adhesive waste. Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed. Complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups. Perform continuous quality control: select material at random to check size, material, print and glue. Abide by all company policies and procedures, including practicing safe work habits. Communicate effectively and professionally in all forms of communication. Maintain regular attendance as required by your position.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Prior laminating or experience working with adhesives a plus. Strong ability to read a ruler and understand fractions. Corrugated industry experience preferred. Previous mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred.
