Whether you're experienced in laser cutting or just getting started in manufacturing, we offer training, cross-functional growth, and a clear path forward .

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC Fiber & CO₂ lasers. Load materials, verify specs, and ensure quality cuts. Troubleshoot machine issues and minor program errors. Use precision measuring tools to inspect parts. Log work and support preventative maintenance. Cross-train across laser platforms and assist other departments as needed.

What You Bring:

2+ years in metal fabrication or manufacturing preferred. Familiarity with laser systems (MAZAK a plus). Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

$2,500 sign-on

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 1st & 2nd shift (overtime and weekends as needed)
