These roles support production in a metal manufacturing environment and include opportunities in CNC machining, fabrication, and welding.

CNC Lathe Operators Brake Press Operators Spot Welders Robotic Welders This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with manufacturing experience or individuals looking to grow into skilled trades within a stable production environment. Position Summary Machine Operators are responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure quality output and efficient workflow. Depending on the department, this may include machining, forming, or welding operations. Key Responsibilities Operate production machinery such as CNC lathes, brake presses, and welding equipment Load and unload materials and parts from machines Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality specifications Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and production instructions Perform basic troubleshooting and report equipment issues Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety policies and procedures Complete production documentation and reporting Qualifications Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred Experience with CNC, fabrication, or welding equipment is a plus Ability to read tape measures and basic blueprints Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting Exposure to machinery, noise, and metal materials Use of PPE required (safety glasses, steel-toe boots, etc.) Fast-paced production environment with team collaboration
