Manufacturing/Operations Manitowoc Plant Overview As a Plastics Set up you will be responsible for removing and installing injection molds and s equipment setups & changeovers of electric and hydraulic plastic injection molding machines.
Responsibilities Hours:
Friday through Sunday, 6am-6pm
•Get paid for 40
• Set-up, install, adjust, repair, test, calibrate, and may operate production line machinery. Troubleshoot machinery and equipment as needed. Remove molds from press after completion of run Perform machine adjustments within allowable parameters Keep work area clean and orderly Identify improvement ideas and making recommendations Follow all safety policies and procedures Other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous set-up experience in a plastics manufacturing environment is preferred Ability to troubleshoot injection molding process issues .
