Pay Type:
Hourly, bi-weekly.
Work Location:
E6253 628th Ave, Menomonie, WI 54751.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday; 7:00am to 3:30pm, 8-hour shift.

Ak Essential Responsibilities:
ALCIVIA is looking for a Feed Manufacturing Operator to manufacture, inspect, package, and load animal feed related products in preparation for delivery to members. Mix feed products utilizing PLC automated batching system Follow HACCP guideline, policies, and procedures Bag and package feed Scale and load feed trucks Receive in bulk ingredients Maintain equipment and facilities Take pride in cleaning work area Support cross-divisional collaboration whenever possible Help out in other areas of the business as bandwidth allows Other duties as assigned
Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED is required Previous feed operator experience is preferred Previous manufacturing/production experience is preferred Agriculture background is a plus Some computer and technology skills Good written and verbal and communication Able to lift 50 plus pounds Self-directed and focuses on taking action Ability to identify objectives and recommend the best solutions Possess a strong set of core values and beliefs Accept responsibility while maintaining integrity Remain persistence and recover quickly from setbacks Strong organization and time management Good customer service Positive attitude and approach to problem solving Safety first mindset Find your place in a positive, supportive atmosphere where opportunity is always growing, with a team that believes in its mission.
