Since 1984, Triple Crown Products has helped businesses and organizations bring their brands to life through custom-decorated apparel, headwear, and promotional products. We believe every customer's logo matters, and we take pride in making sure it is done right. The ideal candidate enjoys working with production equipment, pays close attention to detail, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality work. Previous printing or machine-operating experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Primary Responsibilities Set up and operate M&R DTF printing equipment Review work orders, artwork, quantities, and production instructions before beginning each job Load print files and verify proper sizing, placement, color, and orientation Monitor ink, film, powder, dryer temperatures, and other machine settings throughout production Inspect printed transfers for color accuracy, registration, adhesion, curing, and overall quality Make routine adjustments to maintain print quality and production efficiency Perform nozzle checks, printhead cleaning, and other required daily maintenance Keep accurate production counts and record completed work Identify misprints or quality concerns before work moves to the next production stage Keep the machine and surrounding work area clean, organized, and supplied Communicate equipment problems, material shortages, and production delays to the supervisor Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer operating guidelines Assist in other production areas when needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable attendance and ability to arrive on time Comfortable working with computers and digital production files Ability to follow written work orders and verbal instructions Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment troubleshooting Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team Ability to stay organized while managing multiple jobs and deadlines Printing, screen-printing, digital-printing, or machine-operating experience is preferred, but not required Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout the shift Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift and carry up to [40-50] pounds Ability to work around production equipment, heat, noise, inks, powders, and cleaning materials Ability to distinguish colors and notice small print-quality differences Position Details Job type:
